SMS Communications: When you enroll in Captarix and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive automated account and service text messages from Captarix (operated by Danubius LLC), including onboarding and setup confirmations, billing and payment notifications, and account or service updates. These messages are transactional and service-related — they are not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. 4. Age Restriction: Our services and messaging are intended for users 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18.
5. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Limitation of Liability: Captarix and Danubius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
